Let me show you how to quickly create a whole bunch of social media content.
First you’re going to go to Canva.com/docs, then you’re going to click create a doc.
Now that you’re in the Canva Doc, you’re going to go ahead and mouse over the main section and click this little plus. Click on magic/.
From there, enter in your prompt for AI. I used “Please help me create 30 business quotes that are interesting for C-level executives.”
Now that’s going to generate 30 days of quote content.
I typically create in different chunks. The “chunks” might be quotes, humor, inspiration, etc.
I want all similar content to have the same background.
Now this has generated 30 days of quote content. Now go to the upper right and click “convert to presentation. ”
Canva automatically generates the presentation. Then you can pick a specific design that you want in the background. I’m used my generic brand for this. Click on it. And you can see it filled in that deep red background, which is what I like to use for quotes.
Once you select the background you want, click “create my presentation.” What this is doing is it’s putting each of those individual Quotes onto a different slide. Now you have 30 individual pieces.
To change these to the right size for social, you’ll go to the upper left and click the resize button.
If you are doing it for Instagram, go ahead and click Instagram square. It’s going to resize everything to be the right size. Click “open design.”
Now you have all the quotes on individual posts ready to go. You can go ahead and delete any that you don’t like.
Then, you are ready to post!
